I started from scratch two times during this challenge because I started writing some really bad code that I couldn't maintain. For example, when dealing with background-image I just couldn't get it right, so I scrapped the project and just watched a bunch of tutorials on background-images. I started again and I got it exactly the way I wanted to.

I had to really be strategic with my HTML as there are some subtle gotcha's between mobile and desktop. I was really unhappy with how it looked at 1920x1080, so I learned how to use clamp for font-sizes so it's quite responsive.

I am heavily procrastinating on animations but eventually I'll stop being lazy and learn them.

I have one question: at around 600 window width the Graphic Design and Photography get misaligned. Can anyone tell me how I could fix that?

This challenge wraps up all free newbie challenges. A small, but meaningful milestone for me. I have learned a lot doing these challenges and will continue to push myself further. I can safely say I am no longer a newbie and I am at least a junior in skill. I look forward to some of the grid challenges as I do not have sufficient experience with it yet.

Thank you Frontend Mentor for these great challenges they teach me a lot!

Hey there! Back at it again with another challenge. This one I crushed but I have a few hangups:

    1. I learned that you cannot edit pseudo-element content in JS, so I had to create additional CSS classes for the error messages.

    2. The validation code is ugly and full of if-else blocks.

Other than that, it looks great!

Thank you for viewing my solution. Admittedly I don't think I did an amazing job on this challenge. But I saw it out to completion as it would have bothered me if I left it unfinished.

I am quite burnt out as I have done a serious CSS learning blitz the past 2 weeks. I have done all but 2 of the free newbie challenges. This has been a serious grind and I have learned a lot. I will be taking a week break from coding because I felt impatient and rushed doing this challenge rather than deliberately taking my time.

I have a question: the hero SVG breaks on chrome while it works fine on firefox. Can anyone help me figure out why?

Thank you for viewing my solution! This is my first project using CSS Grid and I LOVE IT. Grid is such an amazing feature and if you haven't learned it yet I want you to start now! I think I nailed this one. I could add some hover effects for the button but I plan to do some serious study on animations so I refrained for now.

I also need to learn how to create my own box shadows as I rely on using ones I see online.
