I tried to use grid for the lay out of the web page and i think this may have been a bad idea..
I also had some issues with adding the star images. I couldn't quite figure out the best way to do this. The way i did do it, meant that i couldn't change the location of the img for the web page and it was stuck in the same position.
I had trouble with the main background image. The challenge had 2 bubbles, one top left and the other bottom right. I could not figure out how to do that.
I had a few issues with this one. For some reason I could not figure out how to make the columns contain all my information as they are resized.
I need some advice on if I am displaying things correctly. How I should position these thing within the divs to make them stay in position and how to maintain the aspect ratio of the entire card while the browser is being resized.
Anyone that takes the time to look at and respond, thank you very much, I am extremly gratefull.
I did this project a little quicker than the last one. I tried to incorporate the advice from the 2 previous projects.
I think I may have missed the point of this project, as I have not used grid at all. It wasnt until I was publishing the project that I realised it said grid component in the name. Being only a week into coding, I have not even used grid at all yet, so any advice anyone may have in regards to doing this better is much appreciate.
I need to do some more reading into the the units used for sizing. I have used em in a few places, but i keep reverting to px as I get further into the project. Are there places that are always better to use em/rem and places that you should use px or should you always use em/rem?
As always, anyone that takes the time to look at, review and post a reply with advice, that you so much for taking the time. It is much appreciated!
A few things I had trouble doing. I was unable to figure out why i could not center the entire container into the center of the page. Hopefully this time around I have fixed a few things from the first project, such as phone compatibility.
If anyone takes the time look at this and provide a comment then thank you very much in advance!
