Wanted to take on the bonus challenge of not using JavaScript here!

I've done most requirements per design - just a couple things I'd like improvement on:

1. How can I make the orange-box SVG "stick" to the image of the woman using the computer?

2. Is there any way I can make the collapsed/open question closed up again with my semantics? Or would I have to resort to using JS for that?
