I loved working on this project. This is the best css code I have written so far. I tried my best to make a good Semantic HTML Structure. Is there anything that I need to improve?

There is a bug when you hover after selecting and deselecting the rating. I am unsure about the way I wrote the css file. I believe there is a lot to improve. Any feedback is welcome.

Is there anything to improve? What do I need to focus on? what could I have done better?
