Awesome work, Saurav! You're basically there. As you can see by the design comparison the only small refinements to make are some font size and spacing tweaks. Well done!
One more small point is the just before you layout breaks to mobile your elements look very squashed. So one enhancement you could make would be to review your breakpoints around the tablet sizes and maybe add another one in.
