Hey,
This looks great on mobile but I found it really hard to open questions coz the click points are so small. If you place your button element inside the p tag, include the question writing and icon within that, the whole row would be clickable. That would make this into an accessible accordion too, with keyboard interactivity etc.
Other tiny thing I notice is the icon doesn't flip when questions are open/closed, so you may want to add that.
