Solution retrospective

I am really second guessing my decision to use tailwindcss on this one. Tailwind is good when I am myself the designer. But if there is some other designer who has not referenced Tailwind while designing, it could feel a lot limiting and you may tend to use a lot of arbitrary values and custom css - essentially defeating the purpose of tailwindcss. What are your thoughts on using Tailwind in production and in a team setup?
