The site is responsive although you used bootstrap for the grid design(main layout of the project). if css sucks you, i advice you to take this youtube course https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8ORfgUa8ow&t=83s it is very much comprehensive.
meanwhile am planning to start learning Bootstrap. How did you learned bootstrap? give me advice on tips and resources you used. am very very good at css.

Hi thanks for your reply, I learned bootstrap by following a course on Udemy https://www.udemy.com/course/the-complete-web-development-bootcamp/ Before this course which I follow mainly because of Javascript and backend Javascript I was already coding PHP but I always have problems with CSS, there is a nice tool from bootstrap called Bootstrap Studio which can be very helpfull but at the moment I am trying raw coding whithout software only the Bootstrap framework and plain CSS... I have to say with Bootstrap it's kinda easy to place thinks if I would try without it I woudn't be able unfortunatelly ...
