What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I'm most proud of expanding on my CSS skills when working with a background element. I will continue to improve the solution so that it is more responsive to different viewports and better aligning it with other elements. Another proud improvement for myself was transitioning form functionality from vanilla JavaScript to NextJS 14 and developing a process for accessibility testing. Next time, I would plan for accessibility from the start, optimize for more breakpoints, enhance testing and debugging, and use advanced CSS techniques.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I encountered several challenges during the coding challenge. One major issue was making the background responsive; it didn’t maintain its position correctly when the window was resized. Another challenge was aligning the background with other screen elements, which required a deep understanding of positioning properties. Additionally, transitioning the form functionality from vanilla JavaScript to NextJS 14 was challenging. Through this process, I gained a deeper understanding of the NextJS Image component, enhancing my ability to manage images efficiently.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

Are there best practices or techniques I should consider for more precise alignment using CSS positioning properties? Additionally, I'm working with the NextJS Image component and would appreciate guidance on optimizing image loading and performance, as well as any advanced features of the component that I might not be utilizing effectively.
