A solution to the Calculator app challenge

Solution retrospective

There may still be some quirks with calculating, but for the most part it works fine. First time using useImperativeHandle with react which is nice. Estimated my time to build this at 3 days. Today turned out to be the 3rd day, so I was pretty spot on with that prediction!
