Should I compile my Sass with Gulp, or is it okay if I just use a live-sass-compiler when I'm building an app?

Am I using Sass or Vue, "the right way"?

Are there anything with my code that could've been simplified?

How am I supposed to store the themes, so that the theme I chose, won't be reset when I refresh?
