Clean and Responsive Product Preview Card Using HTML and CSS Flexbox

Solution retrospective
I’m most proud of how I was able to structure the card using semantic HTML and Flexbox to create a clean, responsive design that closely matches the mockup. It felt rewarding to see the layout adapt smoothly across different screen sizes.
Next time, I’d like to refine the hover states and experiment with CSS Grid to compare its effectiveness against Flexbox for this type of layout.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?I didn’t encounter any major challenges in this project, which made the process enjoyable and straightforward. Instead, I used the opportunity to reinforce my understanding of semantic HTML, Flexbox, and responsive media queries. The smooth workflow allowed me to pay closer attention to small details like spacing, alignment, and hover states, which helped me refine the overall presentation.
What specific areas of your project would you like help with?At the moment, I feel comfortable with the structure and styling of this project. However, I’d be open to feedback on best practices for writing cleaner, more scalable CSS and making the layout even more responsive across a wider range of screen sizes.
