Custom CMS in Laravel with portfolio website

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

It was a very hard challenge, for the first time, I implemented a custom content management system on a website. I created an admin panel from scratch that authenticates the user and allows the user to enter and edit the content only if they pass the check. I'm very proud that it works and it's very convenient to use.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I faced plenty of challenges, I had to learn how to set up controllers and connect them with routes, how to set up emails from local environment, how to set them up on a hosting with Laravel, how to connect certain database fields to the sections of the website etc. I'm very happy that it works now.
