A solution to the Hotel booking confirmation page challenge

Solution retrospective

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I’m most proud of building a fully responsive hotel booking confirmation page using only HTML and CSS. I focused on creating a clean layout with CSS Grid and Flexbox while maintaining semantic HTML. I also improved the visual design with hover effects, responsive cards, and a well-structured codebase. Next time I would like to add JavaScript features such as the copy button, print receipt functionality, and add-to-calendar support.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

One of the biggest challenges was creating a responsive layout that looked good on both desktop and mobile devices. I also spent time organizing the HTML structure and making the CSS reusable. I solved these challenges by breaking the design into smaller sections and using CSS Grid, Flexbox, and media queries step by step.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

I would appreciate feedback on my HTML structure, CSS organization, responsiveness, and accessibility. I'd also like suggestions on improving the UI design and writing cleaner, more maintainable CSS.
