Interactive comment section with pure html/css/js

I would definitely want to explore making something of this scope with better tools and frameworks, but it was still a good challenge to brush up on some skills

I think i started this project once and left it unfinished before, so i was thinking of going back again at it. The active states on this challenge were no joke and sometimes had me scratching my head on how to implement everything, by doing little by little and refactoring when necessary i finally got it all working out, so I'm kinda proud of that, even if there are many improvements to be made still
