Awesome design, and Logic, Really impressed with the color combination, and layout, you have used, However, I found few bugs, which is resisting your calculator to be one of the best of all. here are these :
Please cover edges, like user cannot type operator without operand, as it will give errors, and will reflect on the console.,
Make display messages user friendly, "NaN", is not recognized by a normal person, you can change it to, like not a valid result, or something like that.

if I try 5/0 give "infinity" but when I click the del button should give 0 or empty string not "ifinit", you should fix it. good job.
