What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

If I were to do it again, I would spend more time in the planning phase—especially on requirements gathering and wireframing. I realized that a clear structure in the early stages saves a lot of time during development. I would also improve my time management by setting smaller milestones and testing continuously rather than waiting until the end.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

One of the main challenges I faced was managing time effectively, especially when juggling multiple tasks like design, development, and debugging. At first, I tried to do everything at once, which led to confusion and delays. To overcome this, I started using a task management tool and broke the project into smaller, prioritized tasks. That helped me stay focused and track progress more efficiently.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

I would appreciate help in optimizing the performance and scalability of the project. Although the core features are working, I’m not sure if the code and database structure are efficient enough for long-term use or high traffic. Guidance on best practices for clean, maintainable code would also be helpful.
