Solution retrospective

This is my first project where a significant amount of JavaScript is used. I am aware that there may be areas where I could improve and apply best practices, such as following the DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) principle.

Feedback on any areas where I can enhance code structure or performance, or overall user experience would be greatly appreciated.
