3 Column Preview Card Component Solution

I found it was a lot of eaiser to use Bootstrap in this project even though It is recommended using semantic HTML. So I used both of them in my codes and I ran into many conflicts between the two. My struggle is that Bootstrap would save me few line of codes, but it is harder to control the look due to the responisve nature. On the other hand, Semantic HTML might need more coding effort, but it is easier to achieve better result with @media queries. What would be the better solution for my future projects? Semantic or Bootstrap or both? Please LMK, thanks!
