What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

I've finished the project—well, almost. I'm having trouble with the blue detail behind the images. I tried using pseudo-elements and HTML tags, but it keeps breaking the responsive layout. I'd appreciate it if you could share some ideas on how to do it properly.
