Solution retrospective
deployment was really a problem with this one, i had to skip the failed check (which was jut one by the way, but nevertheless of great concern for me). so if theres anyone out there reading this that understands deployment and running checks on web pages, please holler by pointing me in the right direction.
i use vercel by the way.
