What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Being able to integrate shadcn with vite.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

Installing and setting up shadcn with tailwindcss using vite.

I overcame the challenges by basically reading the shadcn and vite docs.
