Solution retrospective

I would like help with responsiveness. How do I ensure a website is responsive for all screen sizes?

I tried to view this challenge on the pre-configured devices in the Chrome browser and on 2 devices it did not look appealing. I'm uncertain as to which dimensions are the right ones.
