Solution retrospective

Working with dates.... The leap years make it hard. I ended up with a lot of javascript. Got tired of it and dicided to leave it at this. I know, I should clean up my functions. But in a real project I would never do this with JS. I would handle it with PHP. The struggle was worth it though. I am happy with the accurate results it gives, including the leap years.

    I could not leave it... Cleaned up the js. Now it is accurate and easier to read the code.
