A small thing or two I might suggest is switching to a tablet-friendly layout a little below 1440px, since there's still a bit of room for a desktop layout and there's some empty space to the sides of the content on smaller desktop screens. Also, adding object-fit: cover to the profile images in the "About Us" page will ensure that those images do not distort when their width or height changes. 😉
