Solution retrospective

I found quite challenging making logo for the desktop, so it would be bi-colored. In the end I came up with making 2 logos positioned one over another, then make one of them not overflowing to the neighboring div but with greater z-index. But I didn't manage to make it available for copying. Logos were interfering each other and either both copied or none of them. Maybe there is a more elegant solution?
