Hi! @jharteaga, You did a nice work on this solution, Few suggestion about your solution:

The image looks distorted, you can fix it.
The email-input and the paragraph is overlap each other.
Validation text is too below.
Responsiveness works well.
You can solve the Accessibility issues.
