What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I found setting the offset black background to the card element difficult. The solution to this was creating a child element with a z-index: -1 with absolute positioning and applying offset values to it.

    You can also easily create the shadow with the box-shadow property. If you don't know it here is a VIDEO about it.
