I'm using css and jQuery and json & ajax I add all questions data in json file and get it with ajax and insert to html

Good job, the layout is very good both in desktop and mobile view. Everything seems resizes well and that animation in menu bar? It is awesome
One concern is that, adding a form validation in your form at the bottom. Just to keep it more semantic.
