Good work! A couple of issues I noticed:
The padding isn't quite right for the form buttons/inputs. There's a space missing between the bold text and the regular text in the purple container. The font sizes aren't quite right.
And one major issue: If the height of the page isn't big enough, the whole thing will disappear, and there's no way to scroll up. This is only an issue on desktop, though.
Nevertheless, overall, good work! Hope this feedback was helpful!
