Clever Landing Page Challenge w Offset Hero Images (fully responsive)

Solution retrospective
This was a fun challenge where it's easy to decide to "cheat" and not do it exactly as per the given design. But I pushed myself to get the circles in the hero area to be offset just like in the Figma (at the default breakpoint 1440) and yet still have it respond intelligently if the screen is bigger. It involves using some clever techniques to make sure it looks good on bigger sizes too.
