Solution retrospective

This is the second intermediate challenge that I've completed. It was a great one for working with API's to display data and it was a good learning experience overall.

I decided to use jQuery to get some more practice with it instead of using vanilla javascript. I'm also still practicing Sass so my implementation of using it and organization of styles may not be the best.

I wasn't able to get the programming quotes API to work since I couldn't find the correct route to use to call the API. Therefore, I had to use the quotable API which worked without issues.

I'm not completely sure if the time is displaying correctly when the site is viewed from different IP addresses, so if there is a problem, please let me know and I will try to fix it as best as I can.

If you have any feedback/tips on how to improve my code I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
