Clothes store hero section using Flexbox with JS email validation

The only thing that bothers me is if there's a possibility to make the main section the same height as the viewport, so that both left and right column don't overflow.

I tried using the 100vh on body, but it didn't work on a 1920px viewport, as I was still getting the vertical scrollbar and a bit of my content was stretching below the visible part of the screen.
