What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I am proud of the fact that I created this with minimal help and that I haven't lost touch with my skills in React JS

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

1. I found issues when it came to the radio button section but found a workaround.
2. When it came to resizing the form, if found it quite the nuisance but managed to sort it.
3. I Found it tricky when it came to creating an error state for the checkbox and the radio buttons but it was more straightforward than I realized
4. Clearing the form when the user submits a valid form was frustrating, especially clearing the selection of the radio buttons

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

This project was pretty much straightforward and I managed to solve most of my problems however there could be ways to improve the overall design and functionality of the form... that being said any advice or criticism is most welcome.
