What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I'm mostly proud of using custom images to replace the radio and checkbox buttons. I originally thought I was going to have to change them myself through css, but realized they were images which made it easier.

As for next time, I would definitely see if I can add more styling to inputs.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

The biggest challenge that I went through was probably having the form work. I originally focused on just setting up the layout and focusing on the css, but I really should've focused on the form first. I had to change how the form submits and changes when selecting things like the radio and checkbox.

I overcame these problems with adding a lot of javascript and trial and error.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

I don't think I would need help, but if I could ask for help in knowing more is having a notification display after submitting a form with a transition.
