A solution to the Launch countdown timer challenge

Phew, this was a tough one. Would greatly appreciate if someone could point out how to do the number flip. As of now, I only managed to do the flip on the upper sheet. And it still looks jittery to me. Hoping for some enlightenment from you guys, thanks!
