1- Mobile and desktop view look good but you can work a litle bit on the responsiveness. The problem with developing for specific devices or screen sizes is that you firstly exclude users of other device types.
A conventional solution is to adpot a mobile first work flow in which you being by developing the mobile view first and the resize it until it breaks and then use media queries to fix the broken parts and finally you repeat the procedure until you have a fully responsive site.
