Solution retrospective

Tried to implement this design without defining fixed heights and widths. It is not fun for the first time xD. (% , rems ) were making it a lot confusing but anything worth doing takes a little chaos and so it is.... giving a responsive and code efficient page. Still have so much to learn. Any suggestions are welcome!
