Solution retrospective

Não consegui achar a forma de colocar o olho. Eu tentei usar o hover na imagem, mas não deu certo, pesquisei e não consegui achar a resposta, vou seguir com outros projetos e assim que eu consegui a solução desse, eu volto aqui.

Se alguém souber como faz, me informa a forma correta para pesquisar, pois quero aprender.
