Solution retrospective

For this project, I completely avoided using the DOM like querySelectors or querySelectorAll, replacing them with ref. I heard it's bad practice to use the DOM in React so I'm trying to stop doing so. I did get into a lot of issues, but I'm glad the project turned out okay. Feel free to comment on it.
