Entertainment Web App — Nuxt, Vue and PostgreSQL

Solution retrospective
I'm pleased that I was able to develop this challenge into a working full-stack application. I used TMDB as the source of movie and TV information and added a PostgreSQL database to manage user accounts and bookmarks. Working on the project helped me understand how the frontend, server, and database fit together. If I started again, I would spend more time planning the architecture and testing approach before beginning implementation. I developed this project with the help of GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, particularly for planning, implementation, debugging, and reviewing technical decisions. Using these tools was also a learning experience, and it helped me recognize areas where I still need to improve my understanding.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them? One of the more difficult parts was managing the differences between server-rendered content and client-side state in Nuxt. I encountered a hydration issue related to bookmarked content, which required me to look more closely at how Vue handles reactive state. I also spent time working out how to separate external media information from user-specific data. These problems took some time to understand, but they were useful learning experiences. Writing tests also helped me identify and prevent some recurring issues.
What specific areas of your project would you like help with?I would appreciate feedback on the overall structure of the application, particularly the organization of the frontend code and state management. I'm also interested in suggestions for improving accessibility and making the code easier to maintain. As I'm still developing my skills, I'm sure there are approaches I haven't considered.
