A solution to the Expenses chart component challenge

Solution retrospective

Hello to all the people, this is the first time I use animations and it was interesting to discover how they were applied, also I had problems with the assignment of the text to the "content" of the "::after", but in the end I managed to do it, any feedback will be well received.
