Solution retrospective

This was my first JavaScript practice without a step by step guide, and I realized even after "writing" some pretty complex JavaScript code with the online class I took, it takes a LOT of practice to really understand it and implement it, so any tips/pointers on what I could do better for the HTML, CSS or JavaScript would be great!
