Four card feature section with Sass and BEM

Solution retrospective
I’m excited to share the successful implementation of this project. This time, I utilized Sass alongside the 7-1 file system and applied the BEM methodology (Block-Element-Modifier) to maintain clean, organized, and scalable code.
Throughout the process, I also had the opportunity to practice and refine my skills with CSS Grid, which added another layer of precision and flexibility to the layout.
It’s always rewarding to see a project come together while honing valuable techniques.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?Creating a truly reusable grid system proved to be more challenging than I anticipated. While I did use BEM, I realize it wasn’t implemented as effectively as it could have been.
One of the biggest hurdles was figuring out how to design reusable column classes that could seamlessly adapt and be applied in future projects. Unfortunately, I didn’t fully achieve that goal this time—but it’s a lesson learned and something I’ll tackle more successfully next time!
What specific areas of your project would you like help with?I can help with building sass structure using new features like @use, build @mixins and place grid items as you wish.
