I Think you have done a really good job, the design does what it suppose to do in terms of the responsiveness. Main issues you are having is with widths, hights, margins and paddings its hard enough the get the right without figma designs so over all good effort. One small thing i could say when it comes to z-index use it in tens as in 10, 20 etc

@tomazi15 This is my first solution to a challenge like this. I usually work on something that incorporates JavaScript but this made me think A LOT on how I had to scale the text sizes, padding and so on. Also, this challenge made me realize I have a lot of issues with making a footer. Is there any way I could at least get better?
