Solution retrospective

When should you be using rem, em, vw, vh units? Should I only be using only ONE out of the four?

Can I interchange the units depending on certain style attributes being used? For example, when adding margins or padding I only use vw or vh depending if it's left/right or top/bottom; for every other case, I use rem. Is this bad practice?
