Solution retrospective

Would love some feedback on this one. Any tips on how to plan for the responsive part of the page? When to use pixels and when to use responsive measuring units like em, erm, vh, etc.? To you, what's the best layout method for exercises like these?

Any tips and comments given are really appreciated.
