Hello, everyone!

Any tips on the smooth scroll to anchors links in the page? I am trying to learn how to make it work in all browsers and after some researches i've found out that the CSS property does not work in Safari... js scroll({top: x, behaviour: "smooth"}) was the only solution i understood properly, but it does not work either.
