[HTML - CSS - JS] Interactive Comments Section

A solution to the Interactive comments section challenge

Solution retrospective

In this solution, I only used vanilla JS. The state of the component is saved to localStorage. The comment dates are calculated dynamically based on their timestamps. I also added a button to reset the component to initial state.
