HTML e CSS tools to develop this challenge

Solution retrospective
I believe that in this third challenge, I felt more comfortable and was able to find simpler solutions to achieve a good result. I believe that continuing to practice is the key to improving with each step.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?I was using two tags in the wrong order, the 'a' tag and the 'button' tag. This way, I couldn't change according to the design when hovering the mouse over the button. So I learned a correct order to use these tags.
What specific areas of your project would you like help with?Specifically, with this website, I am satisfied with the result. But suggestions for improvements are always welcome.
